How to make Mangai satham
INGREDIENTS:
🔹Rice(cooked)
🔹Raw mango
🔹Green chillies
🔹Turmeric powder
🔹Salt to taste
🔹Oil as req
🔹Coriander leaves little
Sesoning:
🔹Mustard seeds
🔹Urad dhal
🔹Bengal grams
METHOD:
🔹 Cook rice till just soft.
🔹 Cool down and seprate the grains using a fork.
🔹 Heat oil, add seasonings, curry leaves,chillies and then grated mango.
🔹 Mix gentlly for 1 min, add turmeric then cooked rice.
🔹 Sprinkle salt and mix gently until rice turns hot
🔹 Serve topped with cut coriander leaves.
