Tomato sambar

Here's how to make a simple tomato sambar
Required things:
  • Clove chop - 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes - 2 (chopped)
  • Green chilli - 2
  • Water - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
  • Tamarind - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - required quantity
  • Coriander - a little
Talippatarku:
  • Oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin - 1 tbsp
Method:
    Wash the lentils first, put them in the cooker, pour the tomatoes, green chillies and 2 cups of water, cover and leave for 2 whistles. Then add the chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder, add enough water and stir with salt. Then pour the lemon juice into the oven and boil for 10 minutes on a moderate fire. Then put the small skillet in another oven, pour the oil, add the ingredients to the garnish.
