Ingredients
Beetroot 1 Cup grated
Carrot 1 Cup grated
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2tbs
Besan (Gram flour) – 5tbs
Rice flour – 4tbs
Red Chilli powder - 2tbs
onion- 2 finely Chopped
Coriander leaves -finely chopped
Curry leaves for needed
Salt to taste
Oil
Method
1.Mixed all the ingredients like beetroot, Carrot, Ginger garlic paste, Besan four, rice flour, red Chilli powder, onion, Coriander leaves, Curry leaves, Salt to taste in a bowl
2.Heat the oil in kadai, Pinch small pieces of batter deep fry till they are light and crispy.
